Coaching Services Overview

Missional Small Group Training
|
Four basic options are available: 1. A one-day seminar for
group leaders and members on the nature and practices of missional small groups. This day includes lots of interactive activities
that facilitate self-discovery and creative learning. It will cause them to see how their groups can be missional. 2. A one- or two-day seminar for church leaders on how to establish a small group system that promotes missional
life. 3. A comprehensive system analysis and customized consultation which will result
in a plan for developing a system that supports missional small groups. 4.Ongoing coaching
to support you in the development of groups. 5. Let's create one to meet your needs.
Missional Church Training

If you are interested
in becoming a missional church, we have a proven process for transitioning your church. In partnership
with The Missional Network we have practical tools that will assist you in the journey of toward missional life. These tools include a Mission-Shaped Church 360 and a Mission-Shaped Leader 360, both of which result in a comprehensive report and a training process.
Small Group Start-up Consulting and Training |
Based on the research that resulted in a comprehensive 8-Step Process for getting started with groups
(see How Do We Get There From Here,) this consulting will result in a customized process that is unique to the individual church. The goal is to help a church
lay out a basic understanding of the journey it will take from its current state of reality to an experience of healthy small
groups.
Small Group System Analysis and Consulting |
After completing
an assessment of your current small group system, you will receive a comprehensive report. Then we will set up a customized
follow-up consultation that will equip you to establish the proper next steps required to address the
findings of the report.

With almost 15 years of editing and writing experience, Scott works with authors in various ways to help
